Photos below are from the Aberdeen City Hall Renovation. We used a forklift to get the DXR through a second story window and broke up  2000 square feet of 18" thick suspended slab.

Photo above is platform that we built to lift DXR with a forklift. We can also use this platform to work off of. As high as your forklift can reach and then 16' + more reach. A crane could lift the platform as well.
